Frequently asked questions
Do you offer sessions in person or online?
I offer options for both in-person and online video sessions. I can offer in person sessions at our office space in Eagle Rock. I can offer Telehealth sessions to anyone in the state of California.
Are you LGBTQ+ affirming?
Yes! I am a strong advocate of the LGBTQ+ community and invite individuals of all genders and sexual orientations.
Do you take insurance?
I am considered an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with an invoice, which is called a superbill, that you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement. You may contact your health insurance company to inquire about your out-of-network reimbursement for information based on your policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, check, Zelle and Ivy Pay, which is a HIPPA-secure app that accepts
credit or debit cards including HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA
(Flexible Spending Account) cards.
What are your rates?
My fee for Individuals 50/70mins | $185/$210; for Couples 50/70 mins | $200/$225; Families 50/70 mins $250/$275
What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of cancelling or rescheduling a
session. Rescheduled sessions may be contingent upon availability, and you
will be responsible for payment of all sessions not cancelled or rescheduled
at least 24 hours in advance.
